A few shots without Cowley's finest in.
The Dam near the Visitor's centre (which was closed until March 2010)
apologies about the quality but it was hammering down with rain at the time and was seeping through my coat.
The far end of the lake, the sun had decided to make an appearance at this point.
The Waterfall using a slow shutter speed.

I never got around to taking many photos of the snow and ice - I should have taken some of the canals and lakes/ponds all frozen up around here.

Blimey was it that long ago I last posted in here, I was only saying the other day I really don't know where this year has gone.
Anyway I still have the car and she is running sweetly, although has a leaking steering rack which hopefully I can sort before the weather makes a turn for the worst. It was great to see the article in the current copy of Freewheel written by Mike Gutsell, it's nice to see a bit of publicity for the British/Japanese joint venture.
I was saddened to hear today of the death of Roy Axe the designer of the XX and many other models not just from Rover but also from the Rootes group where he started out and latterly to his own design studio producing stuff for Bentley amongst others.
I haven't done that many shows this year, I have attended about 3 or 4 I think the 800 is due for a bit of TLC and I am planning to give the old girl a lick of paint at some point in the near future.
Anyway a few of the 800 from this year.
