I am sorry to have to pass on the news that Derek Brown died after a short illness on 25 April. Derek was the Chairman of the West Midlands Section for some time and we shall miss his contributions to the monthly West Midlands meetings. He owned a 1937 10 hp that he had restored, his latest projects being fitting telescopic shock absorbers and a heater.
Derek's Funeral will be at Canley crematorium in Coventry at 13:30 on Friday 15th May. No flowers please but donations to the British Heart foundation or Lymphoma care.
