Re: voltage regulator question
Thanks all for the advice , much appreciated, looking at all the options I think I will go with the dynametor as this seems the most sensible solution based on cost and eliminating other potential reliability issues with the current set up, I may have to make some modifications to make one fit thoug...

Re: P2 wire wheels wanted
Chris thanks for replying, I seem to remember an article somewhere, maybe, on this forum, about fitting 18'' wheels to a 17'' wheeled car, however this would mean changing all the tyres sizes also, a tad expensive I would think, thanks for the offer however I will keep searching for the correct size...

Re: P2 wire wheels wanted
Hi Chris
Thanks for the reply, I would be interested in them, although would these not be the 18'' wheels rather than the 17'' wheels I have on mine ?
Can they be made to fit ?
Thanks

Re: Gerbox gremlin
Bingo !! That's exactly what is was, I took off the inspection plate and found the one of the selectors was out of the neutral position, one mirror, one screw driver and a torch and a lot of fiddling as things appeared backwards and I managed to line them up again, I am glad I asked for advice first...
