I recently bought 'Gev ' , Rover 10hp Coupe 1938, I am having the seat flutes restuffed and our trimmer made a comment that the seats ( which are part carpet and leather )should have moquette, and not carpet as well as the leather.

Can anyone give me guidance as to which material would have been correct.
