*** What's happened to the website??!!!

Anyone attempting to use the website www.thersr.co.uk recently will have been told that they do not have permission to use it. This is due to a change that has been made at the computer that hosts the website and that is located in the USA. How the change was made and by whom, we do not yet know.

As I write this (15:00 hrs GMT/UTC Thursday 9 Feb) it is around 10am EST in the USA and the US based support team is looking at the issue. We aim to rectify this problem ASAP, but this particular "failure to proceed" is in the hands of a team in the USA. To use the BBC's phrase "Normal Service will be resumed as soon as possible."

Rest assured that we not only want the website back, but we also need to understand the mechanism for the change that was made and intend to prevent unauthorised changes in the future.

I'm happy to say that the website is now back up and running as of late Thursday night!
