New MOT fees.

You may have heard scare stories telling us that the MOT fee has gone up to a minimum of £55 (as reported on at least one classic car website).

I've checked the VOSA website and in fact it's increased to a MAXIMUM of £54 with no minimum fee applied. A 90p increase.,
