Just a quick question. I have new clips and rivets for affixing the stainless side strip to a P4.

How do I do this? Is it necessary to remove the door trim to gain access to the other side in order to fix the rivets?

The rivet heads go to the outside so no you don't need to remove the door card

The rivets used are "Pop" rivets (in alloy) for which a special had gun/pliers are used - self tappers can be used but corrison is is likely unless stainless is used and the holes are likely to be too big
