Ace Wheel covers

Hello has anyone details about the Ace wheel covers which will fit on a 1934 Rover 12 ?

I know Ace wheel covers were fitted on Roll Royce.
The outer covers looks the same as on the movie, but I have no idea how the centres look like an how they are fitted to the covers.
If anyone has pictures or details, I will be very interested.
Is there a company who makes replica's?
