I met up recently with the owner of this car from 40 years ago. We were both students at the time and it was my first encounter with a P2 Rover. Parked up in the middle of Park Circus Place, Glasgow, surrounded on a weekday by Mk 1 Vauxhall Cavaliers, Austin Maxis and Datsuns, it was a handsome machine which we would go out and polish on an autumnal afternoon just along from Kelvingrove Park. We were both in the University Chapel Choir and it provided return home transport from many rehearsals and events, although not for all 36 in one go (though close...)

I am aware this car has not been on the road for some time but wondered if anyone on here owns it or knows of its whereabouts? Perhaps, if so, you might be good enough to let me know. Thank you. s.hyslop123@btinternet.com
