I have used Marque restore for chroming and they are good. Things to bear in mind:- Have the shell stripped first then examine it and identify the dings and creases to be removed.
(Marque Restore use a tinsmith who is excellent to do this). Then get the repaired shell chromed. The polisher MUST know how to handle a Rover rad shell. It is very easy to wrap the Central bar around the polishing mop.
Hope that this helps
Regards
Mike

Prestige Plating in Mexborough (01709 577004) did a great job on mine.

Castle Chrome do all mine, Fiennes Restorations ( probably one of the finest restorers in the world ) take their chrome there. They are based in Dudley, West Midlands.01384 214429.
I have had all items from three cars replated there, all dings are removed by them and they ' fill ' any imperfections before the three plating coats are applied.
