I think the spring washers should be double coil ones. They are on mine.

I have 2 Rover cycles (1 gents and 1 ladies) both a lot younger than this one though. 1924 and 1908ish respectively

Hi, as you can probably guess from my user name I have a 10 (1946) When I bought it 25 years ago it looked 'lived in' now it looks like it has squatters :roll:
