six cylinder tourer

Does anyone know the story behind the tourer currently advertised on ebay? Its description is "rover p2 tourer 1939 straight six". It appears to be a pre war chassis with a post war tourer body with the chassis "fully restored" and the body in pieces.

I remember this car well, as I saw it from time to time in Edinburgh(Scotland) when I was at school there in the 1960s.
